Session One: Body
If your body is not healthy it is hard to achieve what you need to during the course of the day. When you sleep, sediment builds up between your vertebrae which leaves you sluggish for the whole day – unless you do something about it. Leave this session with a morning stretching and joint loosening routine, some relaxing tai chi moves and some general advice about your diet and self nurture.

Session 2: Mind - THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS
All suffering in life comes through the mind – worry, doubt, fear, low self esteem, depression, anger, jealousy – the list goes on. If you don't develop emotional balance and mental strength you will forever be thrown about by external circumstances and the waves of negative thought patterns which sap your energy and ruin your inner peace. Leave this session with effective tools to understand and deal with challenging emotions and situations, identify and replace negative thought patterns and build healthy self esteem.

Our sages teach us that we are made up of a spiritual soul in a temporary physical body. Although it is important to be involved in the world, working, learning and positively influencing ourselves and those around us – we need to consistently connect back to our pure soul and the Divine Oneness of which it is part. Learn simple, effective meditation and mindfulness techniques that help you move beyond thought and physicality, as well as be more conscious and present when involved in the world

However, if you don’t actually use the tools, nothing will change and you will have wasted your time and money. This session helps you set out SMART goals to make sure you actually implement and integrate what you have learnt into your daily life. It also gives you the key factors that ensure that you are still able to follow through when your willpower is not at its highest.
